Tara Spa Ltd is the seller of your goods. All delivery questions, cancellations and customer-service requests should be sent to Tara Spa Ltd.

UK delivery charge

UK delivery is £3.50 on orders up to £40. Free UK delivery on orders over £40.

Dispatch and delivery timing

Orders are usually dispatched in 1 to 2 working days (3 to 4 between October and December) and sent Royal Mail Tracked 48, so allow 3 to 7 working days.

Tracking details will be emailed when your order ships. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Where no delivery time or period has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days after the contract is made, as required by applicable consumer law.

Delivery address and receipt

Please provide a complete and accurate UK delivery address when ordering. If we need further information to fulfil the order, we may contact you using the details provided. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them.

Delivery issues

If there is a delivery issue, delay, missing parcel, damaged parcel or incorrect item, contact Tara Spa Ltd at info@taraspayarm.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Please report damaged or wrong items within 48 hours and provide photographs where possible; this does not affect your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
