About these terms and the seller

These terms apply to purchases of physical goods from this online shop by consumers.

Tara Spa Ltd is the seller and your contracting party. Goods may be fulfilled by our UK fulfilment partner, but this does not change that Tara Spa Ltd is responsible to you as the seller. Please contact Tara Spa Ltd about your order, cancellation, return, refund or product issue.

Orders and availability

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods shown in your order. An acknowledgement that we have received an order is not acceptance unless it clearly says that it is. A contract is made when Tara Spa Ltd sends you a clear acceptance of the order.

Goods are subject to availability. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will tell you and reimburse any payment received for unavailable goods. We may correct a genuine material error in price, description or availability before accepting an order; if that affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Prices, discounts and delivery

The price and any delivery charge shown at checkout are the amounts applicable to your order. UK delivery is £3.50 on orders up to £40. Free UK delivery on orders over £40.

Orders are usually dispatched in 1 to 2 working days (3 to 4 between October and December) and sent Royal Mail Tracked 48, so allow 3 to 7 working days.

Where no delivery time or period has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made, subject to your statutory rights.

Your consumer rights, cancellation and returns

Our Refund & Returns Policy explains your legal 14-day cancellation right for eligible online purchases, the further 14 days to return cancelled goods, who pays the ordinary direct return cost, the refund process and the limited legal exceptions. It also explains that faulty, incorrectly supplied or not-as-described goods are covered by separate statutory rights. These terms and the Refund & Returns Policy do not remove or restrict your statutory consumer rights.

Return cancelled goods to: Tara Spa, 49 High Street, Yarm TS15 9BH. This does not limit a statutory right to cancel or a remedy for faulty goods.

Please report damaged or wrong items within 48 hours and provide photographs where possible; this does not affect your statutory rights.

Product information and safe use

We aim to present product information accurately. Product descriptions, price and availability shown at the time we accept your order form part of the contract. Please read and follow any product-specific label, instructions and safety information supplied with the goods.

Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice. The shop is operated using Shopify, and order information may be shared with our UK fulfilment partner where needed to fulfil a particular order, and with delivery providers where needed to deliver the goods.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for rights that consumers have by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when we accept your order will apply to that order unless the law requires otherwise.

Law and complaints
