About us

shop.taraspayarm.com is the online shop of Tara Spa Yarm, a massage and beauty spa at 49 High Street, Yarm. The shop and the spa are both run by Tara Spa Ltd, company number 16293181, registered in England and Wales.

What we sell

Essential oils, massage oils, home fragrance, bath and body products and gift sets from Ancient Wisdom and Agnes + Cat. Prices are in pounds sterling. UK delivery is £3.50, or free on orders of £40 or more.

How your order is sent

Orders are packed and dispatched by our UK fulfilment partners and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (DPD 48 for some heavier items). Orders usually leave in 1 to 2 working days (3 to 4 between October and December), so please allow 3 to 7 working days. You will get tracking by email when your order ships. Full details are in our shipping policy.

We use more than one UK fulfilment partner, so an order with items from different partners may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking. You only pay delivery once.

Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. See our returns policy for how it works.
