Muscle Balm by Silvan Skincare is a vegan massage balm, 60ml, made with organic oils and shea butter, along with comfrey, arnica, marjoram, eucalyptus and cedarwood. The shea butter is sourced from a women's cooperative in Ghana. The balm is certified cruelty free under the Leaping Bunny programme and registered with the Vegan Society.
To use, scoop out about a teaspoon of balm, rub between the palms and massage gently into the skin, working towards the heart. It can be included as part of a bath routine.
