Sleep Balm by Silvan Skincare is a balm made with organic oils, shea butter, oat extract, lavender and chamomile. It has a soft, sweet, woody scent from sandalwood and chamomile, with notes of mandarin and rosemary leaf extract.
Scoop out about a teaspoon of balm, rub between palms to warm, then massage into temples, chest, back and feet as part of your bedtime routine. The balm comes in a 60ml glass container with an aluminium lid, which is recyclable or reusable.
